Naomi RylandIn 2014, after 6 years working in the non-profit sector in the UK and Germany, Naomi launched The Changer with Nadia Boegli and Nicole Winchell. The three founders recognised the huge demand amongst their generation to develop a career with purpose, and set out to create an online platform and community which would help and support people to do so.
Previously Naomi was responsible for the launch of OxfamUnverpackt, one of Germany’s most innovative online fundraising tools, and managed online communications at the social business streetfootballworld. She has also taught sociology at the Alice Salomon School for Social Work. She is originally from the UK but is now based in Berlin.
