Mathias Ockenfels is part of the investment team at Point Nine Capital, a Berlin-based early stage Micro Venture Capital firm focused on Software as a Service (SaaS) and marketplace startups. Before joining Point Nine, Mathias was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate development at ricardo Group, a Swiss subsidiary of the South African Media conglomerate Naspers. Prior to that he started his career in Venture Capital at Zurich-based Mountain Partners and gained further experience with Deloitte Consulting and OTTO. Mathias holds a business diploma from European School of Business Reutlingen (Germany) as well as Reims Management School (France).
