Florian’s expertise lies in recruiting and startups. He gained first-hand recruiting experience and insider knowledge of innovative developments in HR while working at various international personnel consulting companies.

Over the past few years he transitioned to mentoring startups, consulting for various incubators. With his most recent efforts as founding Director of the Founder Institute Frankfurt, he is focusing on the fledgling startup ecosystem of Germany’s financial capital. He also hosts Startup Grind Berlin, the interview format with the top personalities of the German startup scene.

As curator of the HR Camp, he wants to help entrepreneurs understand the crucial importance and role of HR, highlighting several thrilling developments with the potential to fundamentally change this industry.
