Erik Heinelt is a Berlin based internet entrepreneur. In 2012 he founded Tirendo, an international online retailer in the automotive aftersales market. Tirendo was acquired in September 2013 by Delticom for 50m EUR. After completing the post merger integration Erik left the company in July 2014. Erik started his career as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet, where he expanded the Zalando business model to Brazil (dafiti.com.br) and Japan (locondo.jp). Erik studied business at ESB Reutlingen and DCU Dublin. Since 2012 he is a board member at the German Startups Association (Bundesverband Deutsche Startups).
