Fabio Bacigalupo (39) fulfilled his childhood dream to become an entrepreneur. He now is in his 10th year of operating the largest German podcast portal podcast.de and the accompanying podcast hosting services podcaster.de and PodHost. Among his previous ventures were the web design company toastweb, the internet agency open haus and a VoIP startup called Netzsprecher. For young spirits he is always keen to meet for lunch and give advice regarding monetization and SEO.
He organized the first Podcamp outside of the U.S. in Berlin, helped organize several Berlin based barcamps thereafter. Last year he initiated the Berlin meetup B-mobile focused on the mobile scene in Germany´s capital. As a board member of the regional chapter in Berlin Fabio works honorary in the German Startups Association to help develop the German startup scene and get things up and running on the web for the Entrepreneurs Club Berlin e.V..
